Most people plan a trip in stolen hours: after the kids are down, between tabs, second-guessing a review from 2019. Stop. Your vacation starts now. Tell me what you want the trip to feel like and I take it from there. Research, comparisons, reaching out to my contacts, calls to the properties, the reservation for the dates or the room the website showed as "unavailable." Support while you travel
My support while you travel. Flight cancels, the room is not what was promised, a reservation got lost: you text me, I fix it.

Twenty years of professional work in the disability community, fluent in ASL, and coming from a household with multiple disabilities of our own. You are working with someone who understands the importance of your needs at a personal level.
My services
Cruises, Disney, Universal, and all-inclusive resorts up to two rooms or cabins are covered by my supplier partners (no trip design fee). Custom itineraries, larger parties, and events carry a trip design fee. These trips take dozens of hours of research, supplier calls, and logistics across multiple reservations. The fee covers a bespoke trip designed around you: your party, your pace, and your wishes.

Changes and payment
A new direction after your trip is built (different destination, different dates that substantially change the plans, a different trip type) is a new design and will carry the associated fees.
After your discovery call, I'll send your trip design agreement and fee invoice (if any); both are due before design begins. Trip design fees are non-refundable, as they reserve dedicated research, itinerary creation, supplier coordination, and support time.
Accessibility planning is never a surcharge. At any tier, for any trip. Ever.

Discovery call
Thirty minutes for us to discuss who is traveling in your party, your specific needs, and what a great day looks like for each of you.
Proposal
I'll provide you with up to three options, side by side, so you can compare and decide which fits you best.
Itinerary creation
Once you've made your selection, I'll build the complete itinerary for the option you chose, with up to two rounds of revisions.
Booking and beyond
Deposits, documents, customized daily itineraries, and every request (including accessibility) confirmed in writing with each supplier, plus me on call while you travel.
